Social Workers Holding Space for Social WorkersThese statewide peer support gatherings are designed to foster community, connection, and care for social workers across Ohio. Each series centers shared experiences or identities and offers a professional yet personal space for solidarity and support. Events are free and open to both NASW members and non-members. BIPOC Holding SpaceIn Partnership with NASW Ohio and NABSW Columbus BIPOC Holding Space is a statewide gathering for BIPOC social workers to seek support, validation, and encouragement. These sessions provide a professional, affirming space to connect and reflect. The group is not a therapy session, but rather a collective of peers building community and care. LGBTQ+ Social Workers Holding SpaceThis monthly virtual event creates a supportive space for LGBTQ+ and ally social workers, students, and professionals. Neurodivergent Holding SpaceThis monthly virtual meeting is for neurodivergent social workers to hold space for each other. Neurotypical allies are welcome to attend to learn and listen.
